So I’ve used this analogy many times, but most people associate propane with barbecue cylinders that run their barbecue at home. Until you’re engaged in the actual operating business, you kind of have that mindset. Propane is so much more than that. Canada is a global powerhouse in the extraction and production of essential commodities, thanks to a wealth of different natural resources such as oil, gas, minerals, and forestry products.
Canada is fortunate to have an abundance of energy, forest, mineral, agriculture, and water resources inside our borders. With our large availability of natural resources and energy, sometimes it is easy to overlook the impact we may be having.
